Inquiry Received
You'll receive an automatic confirmation email letting you know we've received your inquiry. Your request is immediately routed to the appropriate team member based on the service type you selected.
Team Review
A member of our sales team reviews your requirements in detail. For standard orders, they'll check current inventory and pricing. For custom or large-volume requests, they'll coordinate with our operations team.
Personalized Quote
You'll receive a detailed quote via email including pricing per unit, delivery costs, estimated delivery date, and any relevant product specifications. We break down every line item — no hidden fees.
Order Confirmation
Once you approve the quote, we confirm your order and schedule production or inventory allocation. You'll receive an order confirmation with a delivery date and any preparation instructions.
Order Preparation
Your pallets are pulled from inventory, inspected, and staged for delivery. Custom orders or heat-treated pallets may require additional processing time, which we'll communicate upfront.

Emergency & Rush Orders
Supply chain emergencies don't wait for business hours. We understand that a missed shipment or unexpected surge in demand can cost your business thousands of dollars. That's why we maintain emergency inventory reserves and offer expedited fulfillment for time-critical situations.
Our rush order program is available for standard pallet sizes within our primary service area. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM on business days, subject to inventory availability and delivery route capacity. Next-business-day delivery is almost always available for standard stock items.
Rush orders carry a modest expedite fee that varies based on order size, delivery distance, and turnaround time. For customers on recurring delivery programs, rush orders are handled at reduced rates as part of our commitment to partnership flexibility.
Same-Day Delivery
Available for standard 48x40 pallets in Grades A, B, and C. Orders must be placed before 10:00 AM. Delivery within the Cleveland metro area by end of business.
Orders before 10 AMNext-Day Delivery
Available for most standard sizes and grades throughout our service area. Orders placed by 3:00 PM are staged for next-business-day morning delivery.
Orders before 3 PMWeekend / After-Hours
For critical situations, we can arrange Saturday deliveries and after-hours pickups. Contact us via email and our on-call team will coordinate logistics.

Our Delivery Fleet
Our fleet of 8 dedicated delivery trucks operates daily across Northeast Ohio. Each truck is equipped for efficient pallet loading and unloading, and all drivers are trained in safe delivery practices for both dock and ground-level deliveries. GPS tracking on every vehicle allows us to provide accurate ETAs and real-time delivery status updates.
For deliveries within our primary service area (approximately a 60-mile radius of Cleveland), we handle all transportation with our own fleet. This gives us complete control over scheduling, quality during transit, and on-site delivery protocols. For locations beyond our primary radius, we coordinate with trusted third-party carriers.
Delivery Options
Dock Delivery
Standard delivery to facilities with loading docks. Pallets are unloaded directly from our truck to your dock.
Ground-Level Delivery
For facilities without docks, we use liftgate-equipped trucks to lower pallets to ground level.
Forklift Placement
We can place pallets in a specific staging area using our truck-mounted forklift (availability varies).
Flatbed Loads
For large-volume orders, full flatbed truck loads of 400-500 pallets for maximum delivery efficiency.
Customer Pickup
Save on delivery costs by picking up directly from our facility. We'll stage your order for quick loading.
Long-Distance & Multi-State Coordination
While our fleet primarily serves Northeast Ohio, we regularly coordinate shipments across Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Michigan. For large orders (full truckloads of 400+ pallets), we work with vetted freight carriers to arrange cost-effective delivery anywhere in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our logistics team handles all coordination, tracking, and communication so you can focus on your business.
