Every pallet we sell is inspected and assigned a grade so you know exactly what you're getting. Our grading standards are consistent, transparent, and strictly enforced.
Grade A — Premium
Minimal wear, no broken boards, structurally sound. Like-new condition with clean, uniform appearance. Ideal for retail display, customer-facing, automated systems, and premium applications where appearance matters.
Grade B — Standard
Light to moderate wear, may have minor cosmetic blemishes. Fully functional and reliable with all structural components intact. Best value for warehousing, shipping, and storage. Our most popular grade.
Grade C — Economy
Visible wear, may have repaired boards. Still structurally sound for rated loads. Perfect for single-use shipping, light-duty storage, construction sites, and any application where appearance is not a factor.

Grade Accuracy
Every pallet is individually inspected and graded to our published standards. If any pallet does not match the grade you ordered, we will replace it at no charge. We encourage inspection upon delivery and welcome feedback on every order.
