Pallet Delivery

Same-day delivery is available within the Cleveland metro area for orders placed before 10 AM. Next-day delivery covers our full 75-mile service radius. We handle unloading and placement at your dock, so your team can stay focused on operations.
Pallet Pickup
We come to your facility to collect surplus, damaged, or recyclable pallets. Our crew arrives with forklifts and trucks, handles all loading, and leaves your dock area clean. Pickup can be scheduled as a one-time service or set up as a recurring route. We pick up pallets for buying, recycling, or repair and sort them at our facility for maximum value recovery.
Recurring Routes

Same-Day & Rush Service
When you need pallets urgently or have an unexpected surplus that needs immediate removal, our rush service delivers within hours. Same-day delivery for in-stock items and same-day pickup for removal requests. Rush service is available Monday through Saturday within the Cleveland metro area and carries a small premium over standard scheduling.
Full Truckload (FTL)
For large orders of 400+ pallets, full truckload service provides the most efficient and cost-effective transportation option. Our 53-foot trailers handle up to 800 standard GMA pallets per load. FTL service includes loading at our facility, direct transport, and unloading at your dock. Ideal for distribution centers, large manufacturers, and multi-location deliveries.
Less Than Truckload (LTL)
For smaller shipments that do not require a full trailer, LTL service combines your order with other deliveries along the same route. This keeps costs low while still providing reliable delivery schedules. LTL is ideal for orders of 50-400 pallets going to locations within our service area or for deliveries to multiple sites in a single trip.

Contact us with your transportation needs including pickup or delivery location, pallet quantity, preferred timing, and any special requirements like dock height restrictions or forklift availability. We respond to all quote requests within 2 business hours during normal operating hours and provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Scheduling & Confirmation
Once you approve the quote, we schedule the transportation for your preferred date and time window. You receive a confirmation with your assigned driver, truck details, and estimated arrival time. For recurring routes, we set up the full schedule in advance so every future pickup or delivery is automatically confirmed.
Pre-Trip Preparation
Our dispatch team coordinates the route for maximum efficiency. For deliveries, your order is loaded, counted, and secured on the truck the evening before. For pickups, we confirm the truck capacity matches your estimated pallet count. GPS tracking is activated so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
On-Site Service
Our driver arrives within the scheduled window, contacts your receiving or shipping department, and proceeds with loading or unloading. Every pallet is counted at the dock. For deliveries, we verify the count matches your purchase order. For pickups, we provide a signed receipt documenting the exact quantity and condition of pallets collected.
Documentation & Invoicing
After each trip, you receive a detailed delivery or pickup receipt with counts, timestamps, and driver signature. For recurring clients, we provide consolidated monthly statements that simplify your accounting. All documentation is available digitally for easy record keeping and audit trails.

53-Foot Trailers

Box Trucks
Enclosed box trucks protect pallets from weather during transport. Ideal for delivering Grade A pallets that need to arrive in pristine condition. Also used for smaller recurring route pickups where a full trailer is not needed.
Truck-Mounted Forklifts
